Nollywood actor and comedian Charles Okocha reclaimed bragging rights after defeating street-pop singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, in the celebrity boxing rematch, Chaos in the Ring, following the singer’s disqualification after walking out of the contest.
The event, sponsored by Fearless Energy Drink, the flagship energy drink brand of Rite Foods Limited, was held on Friday, July 31, 2026, at the Balmoral Convention Centre, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, attracting celebrities, sports enthusiasts, entertainment lovers and hundreds of fans.
According to a statement issued by Media Executive, Adejoke Salami, the highly anticipated rematch, tagged “Unfinished Business,” renewed the rivalry that first gained national attention in December 2023.

The statement explained that the contest took a dramatic turn in the opening round when Portable left the ring and was subsequently disqualified by officials, handing Okocha victory.
It added that moments before the walkout, Portable had taken Okocha to the canvas in a wrestling-style move, prompting the referee and security personnel to intervene. Although the singer later returned to insist the takedown should have earned him victory, officials upheld the rules and declared Okocha the winner.
The event also featured several professional and celebrity boxing contests, with Basit “Joker Boy” Adebayo, Yusuf Adeniji, Suleiman Jafaru, Michael Babalola and Shiloh “Sugar Shy” Defreitas recording victories in their respective bouts.
Speaking on the sponsorship, Brand Manager of Fearless Energy Drink, Rite Foods Limited, Olaniyi Aderuku, said the partnership demonstrated the company’s commitment to promoting platforms that celebrate courage, resilience and determination while creating memorable experiences for consumers.
“The partnership reflects the brand’s commitment to supporting bold platforms that celebrate courage, confidence, resilience, and determination while creating memorable experiences for consumers,” Aderuku said.
He commended the organisers for staging what he described as a world-class sporting spectacle and expressed optimism that future collaborations would further promote sports and entertainment in the country.
According to him, the sponsorship aligns with Fearless Energy Drink’s “I CAN, I AM” philosophy, which encourages Nigerians to embrace challenges with confidence, overcome limitations and pursue their ambitions with determination.
The company noted that Fearless Energy Drink remains a leading player in Nigeria’s energy drink market, with its Fearless Classic and Fearless Red Berry variants available in both PET bottles and cans as part of its drive for product innovation and consumer satisfaction.
