Nigeria’s drive toward more energy-efficient and sustainable infrastructure took a significant spotlight in Lagos as JMG Limited, through its Clima Division in partnership with Trane Technologies, unveiled advanced cooling solutions at the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVACR) Exhibition 2026.
The exhibition, which held from April 7 to 9 at the Landmark Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos, was part of the Big 5 Construct Nigeria platform and attracted key industry stakeholders, including developers, consultants, contractors, and engineering professionals exploring innovations shaping the built environment.
According to a press statement made available to journalists on Tuesday by Cyrena Novia, Media Executive, JMG Clima used the platform to showcase Trane’s next-generation HVAC systems designed to deliver enhanced energy efficiency, operational reliability, and sustainable climate control across commercial and industrial applications.
Rather than a conventional product display, the JMG Clima exhibition stand served as a technical engagement hub, where industry stakeholders interfaced with experts on pressing infrastructure concerns, including energy optimisation, system durability, and the growing demand for intelligent cooling solutions in Nigeria’s expanding urban and industrial sectors.
Discussions at the event reflected a broader industry shift toward sustainability-driven engineering, with stakeholders emphasising the need for HVAC systems that combine performance with reduced energy consumption to support large-scale development projects.
The statement noted that JMG Clima’s participation reinforced its alignment with this transition, positioning the company as a key contributor to the evolution of Nigeria’s cooling and built environment sector.
Speaking on the engagement, Sales Manager, JMG Clima, Hussam Aziz, described the exhibition as a valuable platform for collaboration, noting that insights from partners and clients continue to shape the company’s innovation and service delivery approach.
