The event brought together leading female marketing and communications professionals from across Africa to discuss industry trends, leadership, resilience and the advancement of women in the brand, marketing and communications sector.
Reacting to the recognitions, Aluko said the bank’s award was a validation of its sustained commitment to gender inclusion as a driver of institutional excellence, innovation and sustainable growth.

She said the recognition would further strengthen the bank’s resolve to create greater opportunities for women across its workplace, customer base and the wider society.
