JMG Limited has showcased its Kaeser SM-13T air compressor at the 2026 edition of Propak West Africa, highlighting the equipment’s capacity to support efficiency and productivity across various industrial sectors.
The company made the presentation during the three-day exhibition held from September 8 to 10, 2026, at the Landmark Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos, where industry professionals and organisations from different parts of the world gathered to explore developments in packaging, plastics, printing and food processing.
Speaking on JMG’s participation, the General Manager, Air Compressor, JMG Limited, Ashwini Kumar Patel, said the exhibition provided an opportunity to create awareness about the Kaeser range of air compressors and their applications in industrial operations.
Patel said the Kaeser products, manufactured by German engineering company Kaeser Kompressoren, were designed to provide efficient and reliable compressed-air solutions, adding that JMG also provides after-sales services to support their performance.
“Our presence here is to keep the people informed of our offerings in air compressors, to keep them focused, and also to understand that JMG delivers the best solutions to keep their business operations running at full capacity,” Patel said.
He added that several multinational companies operating in Nigeria had adopted Kaeser air compressors, citing their efficiency and durability.
Also speaking, the Business Development Manager, JMG Limited, Olanrewaju Agbede, said the company’s participation was aimed at engaging businesses and industry stakeholders on the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of compressed-air systems.
According to him, the Kaeser SM-13T displayed at the exhibition comes with an integrated dryer and has a 7.5-kilowatt capacity, delivering 38 cubic feet per minute (CFM) at 11-bar pressure.
Agbede said compressed-air systems had applications across sectors including manufacturing, construction, mining, automobile and healthcare, stressing JMG’s readiness to provide solutions tailored to the needs of businesses in those industries.
“We are here to engage with captains of industry, people from different walks of life, to provide solutions for them. The different sectors ranging from manufacturing, construction, mining, automobile, and healthcare use air compressors, and we are ready to partner and engage them for a strategic business relationship,” he said.
An industry stakeholder and visitor to the JMG stand, Gbenga Akinsola, commended the company for showcasing engineering solutions that could address practical operational needs in the Nigerian market.
Akinsola said the SM-13T demonstration underscored the importance of efficient and reliable compressed-air systems to businesses seeking to improve productivity and operational performance.
“What stands out for me is the practicality of the solution and the opportunity for industry professionals to see the technology up close and understand how it can address real operational needs,” he said.
JMG Limited’s Kaeser portfolio includes rotary screw compressors, industrial reciprocating compressors, workshop compressors, portable compressors, compressed-air treatment systems, condensate treatment solutions, oil-free reciprocating compressors, rotary screw vacuum pumps and other compressed-air solutions.
Propak West Africa 2026 was organised by Afrocet Montgomery, a subsidiary of the London-based Montgomery Group, as an annual platform connecting professionals and businesses across the packaging, plastics, printing and food-processing industries.
