The Senator representing Kogi West senatorial district, Dino Melaye has taken to his Twitter handled appreciating the support and trust shown to him by the people of the area.

He thanked them for the confidence reposed in him during his trial time which made his recall process which was financed and sponsored by Kogi State Governor, Yahya Bello a failed project.

Melaye who was rearrested yesterday by the Nigeria Police for gun running and other offences briefly after he was granted bail by Wuse magistrate court sitting in Abuja promised not to let them down, saying he’ll always stand by the truth and the people at all times.
