Fearless Energy Drink has provided a platform for emerging musical talents to showcase their creativity at Felabration 2026 through rap battles, dance challenges and live performances aimed at promoting youth participation in Nigeria’s music industry.
The brand, produced by Rite Foods Limited, was the official energy drink of the week-long festival, which ended at the New Afrika Shrine, Lagos, with performances by established and upcoming artistes celebrating the legacy of Afrobeat legend, Fela Anikulapo-Kuti.
The festival, held under the theme “Who Are You?”, featured activities that reflected Fearless Energy Drink’s “I CAN, I AM” philosophy, which promotes individuality, self-confidence and freedom of expression.

Through its talent competitions, the brand rewarded outstanding participants in rap and dance challenges, offering young performers opportunities to demonstrate their abilities before music lovers and entertainment enthusiasts.
Emerging artistes who performed at the grand finale included Emgray, Wonka, Kacy, 62d9, General Allen, Tademonaco, Ziggy Machala, Fome Green and Blacksnow, who entertained the audience with rap, hip-hop and Afrobeats.
The closing night also featured established performers, with Fela’s eldest son, Femi Kuti, delivering a live performance, while highlife and Afrobeats star, Kcee, thrilled the audience with a stage presentation featuring traditional masquerades.
Other artistes who performed included Small Doctor, Teni the Entertainer, Sean Tizzle, L.A.X, Barry Jhay and Danny S.

The festival’s excitement had gathered momentum on Saturday, October 17, with performances by Daddy Showkey, Peruzzi, L.A.X, Barry Jhay and Hotkeed, among others.
A cultural fashion showcase by AO Afriq at Freedom Park also added to the celebrations, highlighting African creativity and contemporary cultural expression.
Speaking on the brand’s participation, Brand Manager, Fearless Energy Drink at Rite Foods Limited, Olaniyi Aderuku, said Felabration provided an opportunity to connect the brand with a cultural movement rooted in originality, courage and creative expression.
“Fearless is built around the spirit of ‘I CAN, I AM’—believing in yourself, owning your individuality and having the confidence to express who you are. Felabration embodies much of that spirit. Fela was unapologetically himself, and through his music, he challenged conventions and encouraged people to stand by their convictions. Supporting a festival that celebrates this legacy while providing a platform for emerging talents is a natural fit for Fearless,” Aderuku said.

He added that the brand would continue to engage consumers through experiences that celebrate their interests, passions and shared cultural moments, particularly initiatives that give young people opportunities to express themselves and pursue their creative ambitions.
Beyond the stage performances, the Fearless Energy Drink stand provided a meeting point for guests and performing artistes to interact with the brand and explore its product portfolio.
The company also highlighted its introduction of what it described as the first-ever energy drink packaged in polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles.

Fearless Energy Drink’s participation in Felabration builds on its previous involvement in the festival. In 2021, the brand presented a posthumous award to Fela at the Afrika Shrine in recognition of his courage, originality and contribution to African music.
In 2025, Fearless served as the festival’s exclusive energy drink sponsor, with its “Shakara, No Fear” campaign featuring talent challenges designed to bring emerging performers into the spotlight.
Through its continued association with Felabration, the brand is strengthening its connection with music, youth culture and creative expression.
