The Nigeria Police Force has declared two Lagos men, Tomiloye Michael Sunday and Oloyede Joshua Olowoyo, wanted over alleged conspiracy and fraud involving N115 million.
The suspects were declared wanted in separate Special Police Gazette Bulletins issued by the authority of the Inspector-General of Police and published by the Central Criminal Registry, Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID).
According to the police, the two men allegedly conspired with others at large to fraudulently obtain N115 million under the pretence of the complainant.
Tomiloye, whose last known address was given as Ikorodu, Lagos, is wanted over allegations of conspiracy, fraud, forgery, impersonation and obtaining money.
The police said he allegedly conspired with others to “fraudulently obtain the sum of N115,000,000” under the pretence of the complainant.
Similarly, Oloyede, whose last known address was listed as No. 1 Commercial Avenue, Highway Barracks, Sabo, Lagos, is wanted for alleged conspiracy, obtaining money by false pretence and conduct likely to cause a breach of the peace.
The police alleged that Oloyede also conspired with others to fraudulently obtain N115 million under the pretence of the complainant.
The two suspects were declared wanted by the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID), Musiliu Smith Street, Panti-Yaba, Lagos State.
The police urged anyone with information on their whereabouts to arrest and hand them over to the nearest police station or report immediately to the SCID, Panti-Yaba.
